Sixs guns data loss - Gameloft Six guns

This issue has disturbed me two times and I contacted customer care and told them my issue that my game data was erased I recieved reply after weaks and it said that my data can't be restored I was having witch hunter jacket full metal pans and accursed hat and boots I reminded them in every letter about my weapons and cloths I won Canada day event in which I recieve frost cannon and 355 stars after my data loss as a compensation I got 70 000 coins 50 stars and 70 000 xp All of my weapons were lost and with this compensation I could do nothing I am never playing this game again
