My 5yr old was playing your game and was banned for no reason, yet you have the audacity to call it "abnormal game actions"....really ??? From a 5yr old playing. I hope you will resolve this issue asap, as I have noticed the vast amount of complaints in regards to bans for no reason on web sites regarding this game, many of which haven been sitting unresolved for over a month which to me shows lack of support/concern for your product. I sincerely hope Gameloft isn't just a grab cash & screw the customer kind of company, because clearly this is what is being showed by the lack of response to the vast amount of tickets for this being opened & not resolved. Further to that I do find it interesting that the app even though banned does continue to show windows/pop-ups to purchase items via your game store which would cost real $ if done.....correct this issue please. Also a little tip, you might want to fix your web site so people can actually find your support page where they can file the complaints in regards to this types of bans.
