My son had been playing asphalt 8 a lot a few months ago with my entire family. He went and tried to play it recently and it says his account was banned. We installed it from the Microsoft store on Windows 10 and he has played it the way it is meant to be played. Please re-instate his account as he has done nothing wrong.
