Spiderman Unlimited Got Banned

Today morning I started the game (Spiderman Unlimited)but I got the message that "your account has been banned". I did not do any thing against the terms and conditions of the game.
I uninstalled the gamed yesterday due to lags in my game and reinstalled it.
And today this error message.

I love this game so please help me with this "banned problem".
