Minion Rush Unfair Gambling! - Minions Rush app for android

The ghost minion came out but to get it, you need to buy a trick or treat pod which costs 70 tokens. Most players in the game don't have a large surpluss of tokens and this actually would be considered gambling, which is violating their agreement. Kids under 13 play this and they shouldn't gamble and I lost all of my tokens!!! They should be forced to give the ghost costume or a LOT of token because of this or even real money >:(
