HI Team im a player of Asphalt 8 i got my Asphalt8 banned from its online section of game i havent done any illegal things on game i played the game as it is without any cheats they banned me on july 13th and i raised a ticket to them Gameloft ticked id : 10238028 i got this ticked id after that on 14th july i got a mail stating that if i did purchase any in game things if i have done a screenshot for the Proof of Purchase of any in-game content ...... but i havent purchased anything i played the game fairly they dont give me any reason of banning me and till today i did not get any reply from them then i again raised a ticket yesterday ticket id :10257369 but they havent replyied me even on this plz guyz help me i am an honest player and got banned for no reason i would be greatful to u i u help me get my game unbanned i dd not cheat guyz plz understand me ...
